To ensure freshness, we ship most orders Monday - Wednesday and process orders until 10 pm Tuesday night (Central Time). Orders received Wednesday usually get processed the following week.
We will replace/refund all orders damaged or mishandled in shipment. Please take a picture of the damaged package unopened, and another picture of the contents inside. This process helps us to understand measures we can take to improve the shipping process.
We also guarantee the quality and freshness of our products. We generally bake to order which allows us to maintain quality control.
